The visit is short but almost free. Worth the drive and time. It's an interesting experience for kids and an educational discovery for adults about the supply chain of milk products and the use of technology to increase food safety and reduce pollution. The key part of the visit is just the milking carrousel. And at that point this is a lot of information. I may recommend to explore the videos this firm have in YouTube before attending the visit since they have tons of additional material at the learning center plus a well informed staff able to answer complicated questions. The learning center is ADA accesible. Some people may say that this place smells but i found that a minor thing and I honestly wasn't expecting this place to smell like roses. Some people wanted to see cows free jumping around and playing like in children's books, but honestly speaking that model of food production won't feed US eating habits. And milking cows are kind of different than other cows.. if these cows get stressed in the field (wrong temperature, lack of social interaction, sickness, not well fed), there's less milk. I'm pleased this company has shown evident effort reducing pollution and for creating/maintaining this learning center.

We were part of a tour group, and I must say, I am greatly impressed with how this Dairy is run and the extent of being ecologically responsible it is! The ladies who conducted the tour were very personable and really took care and time to answer the many questions that were asked of them. Allowing tours of this facility is a great way to help people understand how a dairy this size is really helpful to the area.
